Q1. What kind of app is Journeylore?

Journeylore is an app based on the concept of enriching your travels by discovering the stories of various places. Following our release in March 2026, we are continuously developing the app to provide better travel experiences.
Q2. How is the displayed content created?
A2.
The content about spots on the map is generated by AI. Please understand that it may occasionally contain inaccurate information.
Q3. Will my data be transferred if I change my device?
A3.
Your account information is securely linked to your Google Account or Apple ID. As long as you log in with the same account, your data will be transferred. Note that currently, only recent history is saved.
Q4. Is the app free to use?
A4.
Yes, the app is free to use. Currently there is a limit on the number of usages, but we are considering introducing premium plans in future updates.
Q5. How can I delete my account?
A5.
If you wish to delete your account, please follow these steps:
- Open the Journeylore app and log in.
- Tap the three-line menu icon at the top left of the screen.
- Select 'Account' in the menu drawer to go to the account screen.
- Scroll to the bottom of the account screen and select 'Delete Account'.
- Select 'Delete' in the confirmation dialog to finalize the deletion.
* Please note: If you delete your account, all user data will be permanently erased and cannot be restored.
